With the move into IIOT, and Industry 4.0, we were bombarded with many companies offering vibration monitoring. After talking with CMI, we attended a short course aimed at showing what is involved with all things CM. Armed with the knowledge that vibration is not just a number, like speed or pressure, we have ben able to specify and implement a robust vibration analysis program that contributes meaningful data to our program.
